Amy Sugden opened her own firm in 2019.
Her practice focuses on Nevada real estate, eminent domain, title disputes, deed preparation, and business matters.
After graduating with honors from Indiana University–Bloomington, Amy earned her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. She began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in Missouri, handling administrative trials and appeals for state agencies.
Since relocating to Las Vegas in 2007, Amy has represented property owners, businesses, and individuals in real estate transactions, property disputes, and government acquisition matters. She provides practical guidance, clear communication, and solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
